Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using KorExBridge ("we," "us," or "our") at korexbridge.com and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
KorExBridge is a B2B membership platform that connects US-based buyers with verified Korean suppliers and provides access to corporate-rate international shipping (Korea → USA) via DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The Service is sold as a monthly subscription (the "Membership").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use this Service. The Service is intended for business use only, not personal or consumer purchases.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. To cancel, email us at dlalswo1668@gmail.com or cancel directly through your PayPal account under "Payments > Manage automatic payments."
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer a 7-day free trial; after trial, monthly fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
KorExBridge facilitates introductions between buyers and Korean suppliers and provides access to shipping rates. We are not responsible for:
You agree not to use the Service to import goods that are prohibited by US or Korean law, including but not limited to: counterfeit goods, controlled substances, weapons, or items that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
All content, branding, and materials on this platform are owned by KorExBridge. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KorExBridge's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active members by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
