Every time a courier delivers a package to your warehouse bay, that's one receiving. Members get 10 free receivings per month — enough for most shoppers, casual or active. Ordered 4 items from Olive Young, 3 from Coupang, 2 from Musinsa, 1 from Naver? That's 10 receivings, all free. Additional packages over the limit are $3 each. You get an email notification every time something arrives.
Your packages sit safely in our Seoul warehouse for up to 60 days at no extra cost. Shop from 5 different stores over a month — everything waits for you until you're ready to ship it all together. We'll email you 5 days before the free period ends so you're never caught off guard. After 60 days: $1 per package per day.
We have a corporate FedEx contract — our rates are 55–58% cheaper than the standard FedEx list price that anyone sees on FedEx.com. All members access our contract rate + 10% margin. All shipments use FedEx International Priority — 3–5 day delivery with full tracking and US customs clearance included.
Instead of shipping 5 small boxes individually (= 5× the base fees), we repack everything into one optimized box. This dramatically reduces your international shipping cost. All members get unlimited free consolidation — one of the biggest cost savers in the membership. One request can combine any number of packages you have in storage.
Can't checkout on a Korean site? Foreign card blocked? Just send us the product link and we'll purchase it using our Korean accounts. 3 purchases per month are included free. Additional purchases are charged at 10% of product price (minimum $5 per item). We send a PayPal invoice before purchasing — you pay first, then we buy. No Korean account or language skills needed.

We accept PayPal only for all charges — subscription, shipping invoices, and concierge fees. No credit card gateway, no hidden processor fees. All prices are in USD. Invoices are sent via PayPal and can be paid with your PayPal balance or any card linked to your account.
Your $59/month membership covers the warehouse address, receiving, storage, photos, and handling. Shipping is invoiced separately when you dispatch — you only pay for shipping when you actually ship. Concierge purchases beyond 3/month are charged at 10% of product price.
