When you're ready, contact us to request a shipment. We'll weigh and consolidate your packages into one optimized box, then send you a PayPal invoice with the exact shipping cost (FedEx corporate rate + your plan margin).

All shipping charges are invoiced via PayPal. Pay the invoice and we dispatch the same or next business day.

We dispatch via FedEx International Priority — our lowest-rate corporate carrier for Korea → USA. You get a tracking number immediately. Delivery anywhere in the US in 3–5 business days. US customs clearance is handled by FedEx as part of the service.

⚠️ Items we do NOT handle: Food & beverages of any kind, liquids over 500ml, aerosols, standalone batteries, prescription medications, and any items banned by US import law or IATA flight safety rules. When in doubt, ask before ordering.

The Concierge Process

From link to US delivery — here's exactly what happens.

You find the product & send us the link

Find the product on any Korean site (Coupang, Naver, Olive Young, etc.) and send us the product URL, color/size, and quantity via email or through your account dashboard. We confirm availability within 1 business day.

We send you a PayPal invoice

We'll calculate the total: product price (KRW → USD at current rate) + 10% concierge fee (min $5/item) + estimated shipping cost. You receive a PayPal invoice — review and pay when ready.

We purchase in Korea

Once payment is confirmed, we purchase the item using our Korean account and Korean payment method. Most items ship from Korean sellers within 1–3 business days to our Seoul warehouse.

We receive & inspect at our Seoul warehouse

The item arrives at our warehouse. We inspect it, photograph it (Pro members get photos), and notify you. If you have multiple concierge orders, we hold them together for consolidated shipping.

We ship to your US address via FedEx

When all your items are ready, we consolidate and dispatch via FedEx International Priority. You receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery in 3–5 business days anywhere in the US.

Path A (Standard 배대지): you buy directly from Korean stores and ship to our address — we just receive and forward. Path B (Concierge): you send us a link, we buy on your behalf and handle everything. Concierge has a 10% service fee. Both paths use the same Seoul warehouse and the same FedEx shipping rate.
PayPal is the simplest, most trusted payment method for international transactions between Korea and the US. It gives you buyer protection, we don't have to manage complex payment gateway integrations, and it works instantly. We accept both PayPal balance and cards linked to your PayPal account. All invoices are sent in USD.
Food imports into the US require FDA Prior Notice filing, and many products need specific labeling, FDA registration of the foreign facility, and in some cases, product-specific permits. This adds significant legal complexity and customs risk. To keep the service fast and reliable, we focus on non-food items only.
FedEx International Priority delivers anywhere in the US in 3–5 business days from Korea. Add 1–2 business days for our processing after you pay the shipping invoice. Korean domestic delivery to our warehouse (from Coupang, Naver, etc.) takes 1–3 days.
Yes. If you bought some items yourself (Path A) and requested others via Concierge (Path B), all packages sit in your warehouse bay and can be consolidated into one FedEx shipment to the US. You'll receive one shipping invoice for the whole box.
We check availability before charging you anything. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we'll notify you immediately and you can choose a different product, a different size/color, or cancel with no charge. We never charge until we confirm the item is available and purchasable.
No. FedEx handles US customs clearance as part of International Priority. Most personal shipments under $800 declared value enter duty-free under the US de minimis rule. For shipments over $800, a formal entry may be required — we'll guide you or refer you to a licensed broker.
