After your trial ends, your membership is billed monthly in advance. Because you have full access to the Service for the entire billing month, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the following cases:

Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
While our standard policy is no refunds on used subscription months, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine issue with the Service, please contact us within 7 days of your charge and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear within 3–5 business days for PayPal balance, or 5–10 business days for card refunds depending on your card issuer.
Enterprise plans operate under custom contracts. Refund terms for Enterprise clients are defined in the individual service agreement.
