Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with KorExBridge. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our membership subscriptions.


🎁 All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during your trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

1. Free Trial

Every new member on the Starter and Pro plans receives a 7-day free trial. During this period:

  • Your card is not charged.
  • You have full access to your chosen plan's features.
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.
  • If you do not cancel, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the 7-day period.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

After your trial ends, your membership is billed monthly in advance. Because you have full access to the Service for the entire billing month, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the following cases:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our part.
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation request.
  • Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Emailing us at dlalswo1668@gmail.com with your account email and cancellation request.
  • Replying to your PayPal subscription confirmation email and requesting cancellation.

Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.

4. Exceptions & Goodwill Refunds

While our standard policy is no refunds on used subscription months, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine issue with the Service, please contact us within 7 days of your charge and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear within 3–5 business days for PayPal balance, or 5–10 business days for card refunds depending on your card issuer.

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans operate under custom contracts. Refund terms for Enterprise clients are defined in the individual service agreement.
